With over 24 years of line and consulting experience, he has been instrumental in several “Transformation” initiatives in a wide spectrum of industries. He has a background in implementation of “Total Quality” Programmes, Six Sigma projects and Business Process Re-engineering initiatives. Ashutosh has a BE degree in Electrical Engineering, PG Diploma in Business Administration in the Area of Operations and Marketing Management. He is also a Certified Lead Assessor for ISO 9000 series of Quality Standards.

Experience Highlights:

- Created a strategy for Rapid Growth for a large milk and milk products retailer in Delhi and NCR region. The organization successfully carried out the strategic plan to expand its revenue growth by more than 700% over a time span of 7 years. A separate strategic plan was developed for different business units and the detailed functional level strategies were also created which subsequently were implemented through a rigorous framework based on Balanced Score Card.

- For a large green field Integrated Steel Plant based out of Bokaro, Jharkhand: successfully led several transformation program which include operations stabilisation problem solving projects such as reducing variability of the tapping temperature in the steel melting zone for quality output, quick changeover projects based on concept of SMED in TMT bar and DI pipes manufacturing and HR related initiatives like implementation of PMS system etc

- Comprehensive transformation intervention for a large textile company in North India- Lean Manufacturing, Employee training and awareness, process reliability interventions and developing and implementing Balanced Scorecard for a large player in Textile Industry in North India
