Sandeep has over 20 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting. He has extensive domain knowledge in the areas of corporate strategy, operating models, shared services, organizational transformation, supply chain management, asset management and operational excellence.
He has consulting experience in diverse industries including infrastructure, higher education, retail, healthcare, IT services, energy and telecom and has worked in several countries including the US, UK, Canada, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India. He was a former senior manager in PwC London and Canada’s Operations Excellence practice and is currently based out of India. He also serves as visiting faculty at IIM, Sambalpur on management studies.

- For an AI startup that used AI and satellites for remote monitoring of geographically distributed assets of electrical utilities programme managed a portfolio of 11 US based client accounts including the development of PM assets required to manage successful delivery of critical projects.
- For a large eye hospital in Delhi created a 3-5-year Strategic Roadmap document that connects the Vision and Mission to strategic business objectives, critical success factors and critical initiatives and to support the communication of the finalised vision, mission and strategic roadmap through the organisation and implemented a monitoring mechanism that supports organisational compliance to new strategic roadmap.
- Developed a programme for capacity expansion for an integrated steel plant in West Bengal that focused on improving processing and outward logistics within the constraints of available space.
- Design lead for the implementation of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Capital Projects department for National Highways Agency in anticipation of change to a GovCo and a projected spending surge on schemes to £3 billion per year by 2021.
- Developed a $70 M business case and strategic roadmap for the implementation of a Control of Work process and system across 40 BP owned and operated sites in Upstream Operations.
- Developed an operating model for the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation to support their 5-year strategy for the construction of 4 nuclear plants and their subsequent operation by the designated NPP operator.
- Developed thought leadership material and frameworks for an integrated service delivery model across six portfolios of Alberta Health Services ( IT , HR, Finance, Procurement, Capital Management and Clinical Support Services) with over 8,000 employees and over $1 billion in operating expenditure.
He has an MBA (with honours in Dean’s List) from the Queen’s School of Business, Kingston, Canada and a BE in Computer Science and Engineering, Utkal University, Odisha, India
