He has over 18 years of business and technology consulting, delivery and operations experience in diverse fields of IT services including infrastructure , retail, banking, media, health and telecom. Shibasis has experience of working in cross functional teams across the world including the USA, Canada ,UK, France, Germany, Middle East, Asia, South Africa and India.

Shibasis possesses a strong background in delivery and has intensive domain knowledge in the areas of banking, media, telecom and digital enablement. An engineering graduate in Computer Science, he has also spearheaded many training programs which include design thinking, agile and executed many quality improvement initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, DevOps. He specialises in Delivery Management, client relationship management, project and program management, vendor management, solution design and pre-sales.

He is a Computer Science engineering graduate from Orissa Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, Odisha (India).

- Customer Journey Automation in Lending space for leading bank in South Africa – Transforming the Current Lending application which was in use for 10 years. Branch user refers multiple systems to pre-fill the application and there are 1.5 million customers in the bank, 120,000 credit applications are processed in a year.
